The 60-day Fresh-Start Guarantee

aki works when you use it every day. If you use your bar daily for up to 60 days after delivery and don’t notice the difference, Aki Bodycare refunds your order in full.

How to qualify

1. Use aki every day. The guarantee covers daily use, as shown on the box: wash behind the ears, neck, chest and back, then rinse.
2. Keep a photo diary. Each day you use your bar, take a quick photo of it (your phone saves the date automatically). The photos should show the bar getting used over time.
3. Ask within 60 days of delivery. Email contact@akibodycare.com with your order number and your dated photos.

Once we’ve checked your photos, we refund your order to your original payment method. No return shipping: you can keep the bars. Your bank may take a few business days to show the refund.

One guarantee refund per customer and household. Refunds without proof of daily use can’t be approved.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or wrong, send us a photo of what you received and we’ll ship a replacement right away. This is separate from the guarantee and doesn’t require a photo diary.

Subscriptions

You can skip, pause or cancel anytime by writing to us before your next order ships.
